I hope you are working on your Quadrirama revisions. The revised quadrirama will be due on Friday. These are your assignments for today:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read poetry book for 30 minutes and record pages read. Record title and author in your Literature sharing log and reading record.
b. Wordly Wise: complete Lesson 17A & B. Write and describe words #1-7.
c. Kid Biz: read 3 news articles and record first score in Kid Biz paper and class poster.
d. Quadrirama: 1) type flag -- title, full name and student number and Due Date Friday January 22, 2010. 2) make revisions to panels and S-E-E's. Write "Revised Scene ___" and print 2 copies. Due Friday.
e. Group Riddle: complete #3 & #4 on handout. Tomorrow, you will be writing the poem.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) make corrections to RW page 26 & 27 and WB page 27. 2) complete worksheet on types of data. 3) work on revising Space Olympics handout. Corrections and worksheet due tomorrow. Revisions to Space Olympics handout due Friday.
b. Mrs. K: TB page 415 #22-25 (all) if you did not finish it in class.
III. Other
a. Social Studies: read Lesson 3 handout. Complete #1-4. Due tomorrow.
b. Japanese: complete worksheet 4. Study handout -- past, present future. Study meanings and Ro-maji. Quiz #18 next week Wednesday.
c. Test Folder: get folder signed by parents. Due Friday.

how do we type our flag in the right way. from name number and title.

For the math revised space Olympics, do we have to just record our team's[revised] scores and show work for it? Do we also have to do the bar graphs and explanation too? Please let me know!

For the flag, use font 10. Type the title then press "enter", type you full name and student number then press "enter" and then type the Due Date 1/22/10.

Hi Danika!
You first write down your team's revised scores. Then, redo the bar graphs for graphs that I marked wrong on your original sheet. Since the data changed, the graphs will be different.
Yes, you need to write the explanation again. You can copy what you wrote on the original sheet. I using the grade for the revised Space Olympics as the final grade for this project.
This assignment will be due on Friday so you work on revising different sections each night.
