Dear Mrs. Dela Cruz,
I wanted to know that for the parent school quality assesment, were both of our parents supposed to do it or could only one parent do it?
Sincerely,
Isaiah Emosi
Hi Isaiah!
Thank you for your question. Just one parent needs to complete it. When your parent has completed the assessment, please have him/her put it in the envelope provided and put it in the mail.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Dela Cruz
