Dear Students,
Please review the packing list I gave you today and compare it with the items you have packed in your duffle bag. Don't forget to bring your home lunch and drink. We will leave tomorrow morning at 10:30 a.m.
For those students who will be staying back, I have already made arrangements for you to work in another classroom. We will return back to school on Friday at 11:30 a.m.
These are your assignments for today:
I. Language Arts
a. Read 30 minutes and record pages read.
b. George Washington's Socks: read Chapters 15 & 16. Complete reading questions. (Due tomorrow!)
II. Math
a. Mrs. Kaneshiro: page 626 (all) and page 631 #1-21 (odd).
III. Social Studies
a. Taxation essay: final typed essay and picture due Friday.
IV. Other
a. Haku Lei money--please turn it in tomorrow morning: Taiana

These are the homework assignments you should bring to school: completed Chapter 15 & 16 reading questions and George Washington's Socks book; math homework (if you are in Mrs. Kaneshiro's group); and Taxation essay and picture (I will give you time to finish typing as long as the revisions are already made).
I don't want you to bring a rolling backpack to the hotel. We have limited space on the bus. A duffle bag would be best. Pack light!

Hi Isaiah!
You need to bring the following assignments to school: completed reading questions and book; math homework (if you are in Mrs. Kaneshiro's class) and taxation essay and picture. You can put these items in a folder if necessary.
You will not take your school bags to the hotel but will leave it at school. We will have class tomorrow and Friday when we return so you need the completed assignments.
The only things we will be taking to the hotel is the duffle bag (packed items); home lunch and P.E. equipment for recreational use.
Thank you for the birthday wish! I can't think of a better way to spend my day! Also, we will wish you a Happy Birthday on Friday. :)
