Dear Students,
Don't forget to ask your parents to wash your performance clothing. Please bring it to school on Wednesday.
Also, please share your Science fiction book to your parents. Have your parent complete the bottom of Literature Sharing booklet page 39.
Just a reminder that on Tuesday you will be going on a field trip to Neil Blaisdell Center (Transition Day). Please bring home lunch, wear covered shoes and your Hokulani t-shirt. These are your assignments for the weekend:
I. Language Arts
a. Read 30 minutes and total pages read for week #4. Have parents initial total pages read and sign homework page for week #4.
b. Literature sharing: read aloud to your parents and have them complete the bottom of page 39. (Due Tuesday).
c. Bare Book: revise, edit and type DARE essay. Create a colored illustration showing what your essay is about. (Due Friday but work on it early!)
II. Math
a. Mrs. Kaneshiro: page 622-623 #1-8.
III. Social Studies
a. Draw colored picture for your taxation essay.
IV. Other
a. Field trip on Tuesday! Bring home lunch and wear covered shoes and Hokulani t-shirt.
Just a reminder that Monday there is no school. It is a professional development day for teachers.

On the overnighter, there is a pool so you will have a chance to go swimming. In the day, we will be having a tour of Hale Koa hotel. We will discuss the outdoor sports this week and also give you a packing list. :) It will be alot of fun.

Hi Joseph!
I hope you have been busy finishing your assignments this weekend. Yes, you do need to type out the "Going green" essay. For the taxation essay, you will need to type the essay by this week Friday. I, however, would like you to begin typing it now because everyone else has turned their essay in for my teacher feedback.
Don't forget to create colored pictures for both of them and finish all of your reading questions. :)
