I have already read a-l-l of your thought questions. I was really pleased with the quality and time you put into your responses. Points ranged from 5-10. Top responses received 20, yes 2-0 points! Several of you completed 2-3 news articles today. B-R-A-V-O! Keep up the great work! :)
These are today's assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read for 30 minutes and record pages read.
b. Kid Biz: read 4 news articles and complete 5 steps. If you did not finish today's news article, please complete it at home. Entries #21-24 due next week Monday.
c. Literature Sharing folder: complete pages 31-33 (top of 33) due tomorrow.
d. Reading questions: complete questions and S-E-E response for "Eye Popping Statistics" article. Draw colored picture for S-E-E. Due tomorrow.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C. 1) complete Surface area and Volume handout. Show all work and label your answers. 2) Review your notes. Test on Thursday.
b. Mrs. K: 1) complete TB pg. 533 #10-24 (all).
III. Other
a. Japanese: 1) Study for tomorrow's quiz on July-December (meaning only). 2) Finish school event worksheet.
b. Test folder: show parents and get it signed. Due Thursday.
c. Aloha Assembly Lei Money: students who are not on May Day court, please turn in monies by Friday. Checks should be made out to Lynne Minamishin.
d. Scholastic Book order: turn in form and monies by this week Friday.

I'm not sure. Aunty Lynne did not say when our next practice would be. I will let you know when she informs us. I do know that we have a May Day dress rehearsal next week Tuesday.
