Dear Students,
Today, study for tomorrow's Social Studies exam. You will be taking Part I and Part III first block. During the second block, you will be writing your essay. These are your assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read for 30 minutes and record pages read.
b. Kid Biz: read 4 news articles and complete 5 steps. Entries #17-20 due next week Tuesday. Go G-R-E-E-N!
c. Writing: revise and type final Harris Burdick, Riddle and Cinquain poems. Create illustrations for story and poems. Final typed story, poems, pictures and original stories w/teacher's grade due next week Tuesday.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) complete WB pg. 142 #1-8 (all). Show work for #8. 2) Make test corrections on folder paper and get test signed. Due tomorrow.
b. Mrs. K: 1) complete WB pg. 127 (all), TB pg. 530 #13-45 (odds).
c. XtraMath: complete 1 assessment daily.
III. Other
a. Social Studies: 1) Make final revisions to your essay. Use the criteria sheet as a guide. 2) Study for tomorrow's exam.
b. Japanese: test is next week Wednesday not tomorrow. 1) Next's weeks quiz will be on July-December. Meaning only. 2) Finish school event worksheet.
c. Lei Money for May Day Court due Thursday: Kenneth, Logan, Erin, Aya, Rebecca and Seika.
