Homework Assignments

Dear Students,
Please have your parents wash and iron all performance clothing. Bring it back to school on a hanger on THURSDAY. Please study for tomorrow's Japanese exam, work on revising your Taxation essay and your social studies research. These are your assignments:

I. Language Arts
a. Reading record/homework folder: read free choice book for 30 minutes and record pages read.

b. Kid Biz: read 4 news articles and complete 5 steps. Entries #25-28 due next week Monday.

c. Writing: revise and type final taxation essay (which is in your test folder). Draw colored pictures showing 2 main reasons why the colonists were upset with colonial taxation system. Revised and typed story, illustration and original essay w/grade due Friday.

II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) make corrections to WB 104 and WB 105. 2) complete TB pg. 433 #1-13 (all) and WB pg. 106 #1-16 (all).

b. Mrs. K: 1) complete TB pg. 538 #16-36 (all). 2) Converting liquids worksheet due tomorrow.

c. XtraMath: complete 1 assessment daily.

III. Other
a. Japanese: finish 4 questions on page 2. Study for test -- family (Kazoku). All ten words pg. 2.

b. Social Studies: 1) complete research questions and create bibliography page. Due Friday.

c. Performance Clothing: please wash and iron clothing. Bring it back to school on a hanger on Thursday.

d. Field trip form and monies due Thursday. Students that need to turn in: Logan, Kennan, Seika, Rovi, Jenna, Erin, Brendy, Michelle and Kaua.

Dear Mrs. Dela Cruz
For out math homework on wb pg. 106 #7-10 it says " use dot paper to draw an example of each." I don't have any dot papers so what do I do for #7-10?

If you are on May Day court and ordered the haku lei for May Day, then you do not have to get the flower lei for Friday.
