Study for Japanese Quiz #3. Please read over peer's assessment and make revisions to your Tuesday story. You will begin your story tomorrow. These are your assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read 30 minutes record pages read.
b. Kid Biz: read 2 news articles and complete 5 steps. Record entries #10 and #11 on Kid Biz sheet.
c. Wordly Wise: Complete 6A & 6B in workbook. In composition book write and describe words #1-7. (Due tomorrow)
d. Reading: complete Chapter 7 questions. (Due tomorrow)
e. Writing: read over peer’s comments. Make revisions. Begin typing 2nd Draft. Due Friday.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) Make corrections to WB pg. 8. 2) Complete worksheet -- number line problems and #25-28. Complete TB page 33 #5-19 (odd) 3) Study for Place Value of Decimals test.
b. Mrs. K: WB pg 8 #1-27 (odd). Get answer for #3 on rice worksheet. Do calculations on folder paper.
III. Other
a. Social Studies: begin work on power point slides. (Power point slide show due Friday)
b. DARE: Lesson #4 Situation #4 page 19. Planner notes page 29. (Due Friday)
c. Japanese Quiz #3: study color chart #1-10. (meaning only). Finish worksheet #2. Color “Let’s Design Flag.” (Due tomorrow)

For #3 on Review page 33, what place value represents 1/100? This is the 2nd place value to the right of decimal?

For problem #19 on page 33, compare how many hours each person worked and how much money they made. What conclusion can you make about the amount of money you make when you work more hours?
