Homework Assignments

Dear Students,
Tomorrow you will take Session #2 of the HSA Reading test. I really appreciate the effort you are putting into your tests. Tomorrow, you will have extended time again. So do your best!

Finish your homework assignments early and get a good night's sleep. Don't forget to wear covered shoes tomorrow. We will have P.E. the last block! :) These are your assignments for tonight:

I. Language Arts
a. Read 30 minutes and record pages read.
b. Progressfolio: complete Writing self-assessment and mark evidence.
c. Bare Book: begin coloring your Bare book cover. Type your dedication page. (completed cover and typed dedication page due Monday.)
d. Writing -- "Going Green" essay. Continue your research on problems our planet is facing and what you can do to help preserve it. Helpful websites were given on yesterday's blog. You can use brain pop using this password and user name for 1 week. Look under Science (topic: Our fragile environment).

II. Math
a. Mrs. Dela Cruz: complete angle worksheet Lesson 20.3. Review the different polygon shapes. For problems #7-10 draw out shapes on folder regular lined folder paper.
b. Mrs. Kaneshiro: Net worksheet. Find the faces, vertices and edges of the shape.

III. Other
a. Completed May field trip forms due tomorrow.
