I hope you enjoyed playing kick ball with the U.H. athletes today. Please study for tomorrow's Japanese Quiz #7. These are your assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Read for 30 minutes and record pages read. Genre is Mystery.
b. Kid Biz: read 2 news articles and complete 5 steps. Record entries #7 & #8 on Kid Biz sheet. Due next week Monday.
c. Reading: complete Chapter 15 questions including the S-E-E question. Underline and draw colored picture. Due tomorrow.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) make corrections to WB pg. 70. 2) complete PW pg. 77 #1-17 (all). Show work for #4-11 and #16-17. Due tomorrow.
b. Mrs. K: complete TB pg. 178 Sets A-D evens. Study for test tomorrow.
III. Other
a. Japanese: study for tomorrow's Quiz #7 on School Subjects #1-11. Meaning only. Complete worksheet #5 school subjects.
b. Social Studies: draw pictures for Chapter 3 Lessons 2-3 in composition book.

For S.S do I need to color the picture and what problems do I need to do . Do I need to do all of the questions for lesson 2-3 also when it said to look in the glossary to get the meaning of (Boarderland )and it didn't give the definition for the word it just said the number of pg it was on.SO, please help me I dont get it.

Hi Emele!
For Social Studies, read Chapter 3 Lessons 2 and 3. Take notes on the important points in the chapters using 3 column notes. Focus on what the Spanish did in Lesson 2 and what the French and Dutch did in Lesson 3. Draw pictures in the 3rd column. You do not have to answer the chapter questions.
Borderland is the boundaries of the area. I will explain this to you and Jared more when we go over these 2 lessons together. :)
