Homework Assignments

Dear Students,
Congratulations to the San Francisco G-I-A-N-T-S who won game 1 in the World Series! Tomorrow for spirit week it is sports and pajama day. Please dress up and show your spirit! Please study for tomorrow's Japanese quiz and make revisions to your gubernatorial essay. These are your assignments:

I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read for 30 minutes and record pages read.

b. Kid Biz: read 2 news articles and complete 5 steps. Record entires #9 & #10 on Kid Biz sheet. Due next week Monday.

c. Reading: complete Chapter 18 questions and S-E-E. Underline and draw colored picture for S-E-E answer. Due tomorrow.

d. Writing: read over peer comments and criteria sheet. Make revisions and additions to your essay. Due tomorrow.

II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: make corrections to pg. 347 #2-18 evens. Complete pg. 350 #9 and #10 problems using fraction strips. Due tomorrow.

b. Mrs. K: complete PW pg. 52 (odds). For #9-13 check and divide.

III. Other
a. Japanese: please study for tomorrow's quiz #8. Study meaning the greeting chart, page 1 (#2-9).
