Dear Mrs Dela Cruz

For reading questions #2 what does it mean when it asks "Explain Why it is important for a state to get the most votes" it sounds like it was typed wrong.

Mrs. Dela Cruz,
When we went to the VoteFromAbroad.org website, it seems that it is for voters who now live outside the US. It is a registration for absentee voting. I was just wondering if this is the right website for finding who has more electoral votes in each state. Could you please let us know if this is the right website and if we do need to register to get the information asked.
Thank you,
Mari Nakama

Mrs. Dela Cruz,

When I go to VotefromAbroad, it takes me to a survey. Does my mom need to complete it before I can find the information for Obama's and McCain's electoral votes?
Is there a link directly to the electoral map?

thanks
Kawehi

Hi Tyler!
Thank you for your question. Read the last paragraph on page
142. This will help you answer question #2. Remember, how does a candidate win an election? What type of votes does he or she need? Why is it important for a candidate to win the most votes in a state?
Sincerely,
Mrs. Dela Cruz :)
