Hi Mrs. Dela Cruz,

I have a bunch of 3 ring binders (new with maybe a little dirty mark on it somewhere?) and those plastic file folder holders that sit on your desk (?). I was wondering if you could use them. If you can't use it, I will offer it to Mr. Carganilla. I wanted to give you first chance at it. Please let me know if you want them.

Hi Mrs. Nguyen!
Yes, I could use them for our classroom. Thank you so much for donating these supply items.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Dela Cruz :)
