Dear Students,
I hope you enjoyed your art lesson today. The following are your assignments over the weekend:
I. Language Arts
a. Literature Sharing: Share your book with your parents. Read aloud favorite parts. Have parents fill out bottom portion of page 16. Folder due Tuesday.
b. Reading Record/homework folder: read 30 minutes and have parents initial pages read and homework section for week #5.
II. Math
a. Determine the mean, median, and mode of heights and arm spans for all boys in C-5 & C-6 (if you are a boy) or all girls (if you are a girl).
b. Make a bar graph to show the body shapes for either boys (if you are a boy) or girls (if you are a girl). You need to include title and labels.
III. Other
a. Return communication folder on Tuesday. Have parents return parent-teacher conference sign up form.

Thank you for your message. I hope you are feeling better. Yes, you can take your Wordly Wise #3 Spelling and Vocabulary exam tomorrow. I will also have you begin the art project the students started on Friday. Can you stay after school tomorrow?
