Tomorrow is the deadline for all Fun Run monies. Tonight, please finish typing scenes #1-4 and the summary for "No Place Like Home." Also, please have your parents sign your test folder. These are your assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read for 30 minutes and write down pages read. The next genre is fantasy.
b. Kid Biz: read 4 news articles and complete 5 steps. Entries #22-25 due next week Monday.
c. Literature sharing: read aloud favorite parts of your Biography book with a parent this weekend. Have your parent complete the bottom of page 19. Due Monday.
d. Reading: finish typing scenes #1-4 and story summary. Due tomorrow.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) make corrections to TB pg. 524 #11-17 and #21-28.
2) complete PW126 #1-14 (all), for #4-7 (you need 3 answers -- estimate in cm, actual measurement in cm and actual measurement in mm).
b. Mrs. K: 1) WB pg. 104 6-9 (all) on folder paper. Pg. 105 #1-8 (all). Get test signed and make corrections. Due tomorrow.
III. Other
a. Fun Run monies due tomorrow.
b. Show parents communication folder.
c. Signed test folder due tomorrow.
d. Japanese: Hiragana Practice 3 worksheet (if did not finish) and study greeting chart 1-9 (page 1)

Yes, for the story summary. In the first paragraph, explain the problem the main character has. Describe how he/she feels. Then, in the second and third paragraphs, explain what happens next. Don't forget to use transitions!
