Dear Students,
I was really proud of the effort you put into today's Reading Hawaii State Assessment. On Friday, you will be taking the Math Hawaii State Assessment.
Tonight, please study for tomorrow's Social Studies exam on Slavery and Triangular Trade. These are your assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading Record: read for 30 minutes and record pages read. The genre for this month is biography.
b. Kid Biz: read 3 news articles and complete 5 steps. Entries #13-15 due Monday.
c. Wordly Wise: complete 19C & D. Write and describe #8-15. Due tomorrow.
d. Reading: complete the S-E-E for "No Place Like Home." Underline responses and draw colored picture for your stance. Due tomorrow.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) make corrections to PW 155 #1-15 (odd) and #21-24 (all). 2) complete PW 156 #1-11 (odds) and #13-14 (all). Show work.
b. Mrs. K: 1) PW pg. 93 (all). Math worksheet due Friday.
c. XtraMath: take an assessment test.
III. Other
a. Social Studies: study for tomorrow' exam on Slavery and Triangular Trade.
b. Science: rehearse for Friday's Planet Power Point presentations. We will be having Science tomorrow.
c. Japanese: study for next Wednesday's Quiz #18 on Handout #2, Shokugyou #3, 4, 6, 11, 22, 28.
d. Book orders due Friday.
