Congratulations to the students who participated in today's 100% homework ice cream party. Continue to work hard and do your best this quarter. These are today's assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read for 30 minutes and record pages read. The genre for this month is poetry.
b. Kid Biz: read 3 news articles this week. Entries #1-3 due next week Monday.
c. Wordly Wise: complete 15E #1-7. Write words #1-7 5x each. Due tomorrow. Test is on Monday.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) make corrections to PW page 29. 2) complete PW pg. 30 and What is the biggest aninal worksheet. Duet tomorrow.
b. Mrs. K: No homework.
III. Other
a. Japanese: finish worksheet. 2) study for quiz on #1-5 meaning only.
b. Social studies: prepare for next week's oral presentation.
c. Book orders due Monday.

Yes, Urban is the vocabulary word. Reread the story. It tells you what city is located near the San Andreas fault.
