Homework Assignments

Dear Students,
Please show your parents your communication folder and report card tonight. Set aside time on the weekend to share your work samples in the Organizational binder with a parent. After your sharing, both you and your parent needs to complete the white comment form. Also, have your parent sign the report card envelope. The signed envelope, white comment form and organizational binder will be due on Monday. :)

Tomorrow we will be going to Jarrett Middle School. Please wear covered shoes and bring a jacket. We will be having class when we return to school so bring your books to school. These are your assignments:

I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read poetry book for 30 minutes and record pages read.

b. Kid Biz: read 3 news articles and complete 5 steps. Entries #7-9 due Monday.

c. Wordly Wise: complete 17E #1-7 and write words #1-7 5x each. Due tomorrow.

II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: 1) make corrections to PW150. 2) complete TB pg. 627 #1-18 (all). Test on Tuesday.* (*new date)

b. Mrs. K: 1) complete WB pg. 83 #5-12, pg. 84 #5-8, #13-16, pg. 86 #9-16 due tomorrow. Get test signed. Due Monday.

III. Other
a. Communication folder, Report Card and Organizational Binder: show everything to parents. Over the weekend, share your work samples. Signed report card envelope and white comment form due Monday.

b. Japanese: 1) study handout about occupation. Meanings #8-13. 2) Finish worksheet 3: Shokugyou -- on pages 1 and 2. Test and homework due next week Monday.

c. Social Studies: complete Study Guide part A. Due tomorrow.
