Dear Students,
Fun Run is tomorrow! Wear green, covered shoes and comfortable clothing. Also, bring a change of clothing (in case you get wet). For writing, finish the brainstorming section (Part II and Part III) and begin writing the lead and first 2 middle paragraphs. These are your assignments for today:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read realistic fiction book for 30 minutes and record pages read.
b. Wordly Wise: complete #20C & D. Write and describe #8-15.
c. Kid Biz: read 3 news articles and record first score.
d. Writing: finish brainstorming section and write lead and first 2 middle paragraphs. Due tomorrow.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: make corrections to Percent retest and get test folder signed.
b. Mrs. K: textbook page 451 (all).
III. Other
a. Science: brochure due tomorrow.
b. Social Studies: conduct research, take notes and record sources. All research due next week Friday.
b. Japanese: study for Quiz #21 -- color chart, meaning and Romaji.

I don't have a green shirt so I can buy a green shirt with a label on it? And for the writing do we have to write our first draft and do we have to do all 4 brainstorms solutions?

Hi Megan!
You don't have to buy a new shirt. You can wear a shirt that has green in it.
For the writing, try to think of at least 3 possible solutions because in the essay, you will write one paragraph on each solution.
Tonight, write the lead and the first 2 middle paragraphs. I will have the class tomorrow, share some of their ideas.
