Dear Students,
Two more days until Charlie Miyashiro Day! Return the signed Charlie Miyashiro parent letter by tomorrow. These are your assignments for today:
I. Language Arts
a. Read 30 minutes. Begin completing pages 31-33 in your Literature Sharing folder. Completed pages 31-33 (top of page 33) will be due on Friday. You will be sharing parts of your realistic fiction book with parents over the weekend and have them complete the bottom of page 33.
b. The Kid Who Became President: study for tomorrow's test on Chapters 21-24.
c. Wordly Wise 19A & B. Write and describe words 1-7.
II. Math
a. Mrs. Dela Cruz: page 551 #1-14 (all). Write down problems and show all work. Signed test parent letter, signed test and test corrections due tomorrow. Measurement retest tomorrow.
b. Mrs. Kaneshiro: no homework.
III. Science
a. Begin finding the definitions and create examples for the following words: vegetation, shrub, fungus. grass, moss, tree, flowers, lichens and survey.
IV. Other
a. Test folders due tomorrow.
b. Board of Water Supply drawing on large white paper due tomorrow.
c. Scholastic Book orders due Friday.
d. Japanese handout due next week Monday.

Also, I forget to ask you for the big poster paper, so can I return to you on Thursday(Maybe)?

Hi Tony!
I will be ordering the book called "How To Save the Planet" with the book points I acculumate from our class book orders. :) So, you will not have to order the book. If you want to keep the book then you can order it.
I'll give you the large poster paper tomorrow. Please take it home and finish the drawing. I will also give you the spelling exam tomorrow. :)
