Dear Students,
Tomorrow we will be going to our final Hokulani Basketball game against Waikiki Elementary School. Be ready to cheer our team on. Please remember to bring home lunch, wear covered shoes and your Hokulani T-shirt. If you do not have a Hokulani shirt, wear a T-shirt that is blue. These are your assignment for today:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading Record: read 30 minutes daily and record pages down.
b. Wordly Wise: #10A & B. Write and describe words #1-7.
c. Writing: Hand Art
Finish steps #2 and #3 and write your descriptive sentences. Refer to the project sheet I gave out today. The finished typed poster containing your colored picture and typed sentences will be due this Friday.
d. Food Chain Art: write nouns, adjectives and active verbs for first predator in your Hawaiian food chain.
II. Math
a. Mrs. Dela Cruz: on folder paper, make corrections to decimal worksheet page 6 (that you completed last week). Complete the other side of worksheet on equivalent decimals page 7.
b. Mrs. Kaneshiro: math worksheet.
III. Science
a. Homework due on Wednesday. Three to five things that you can do to conserve energy for your household.
IV. Other
a. DARE: page 31 Lesson 7 and pages 22-23 write responses due on this week Thursday.
b. Scholastic Book Orders: due tomorrow.
c. Japanese: handout due this Wednesday.
