Dear Students,
Good luck to our JPO's who have their competition tomorrow at Kapiolani Park. Please finish your final revisions to your All About the Author and Tuesday stories. These are your assignments:
I. Language Arts
a. Read Science fiction book for 30 minutes and record pages read.
b. Kid Biz: read 3 news articles and record title and first score.
c. Bare Book: finish revisions and type Revised All About the Author and Tuesday story. Illustrations for both stories due tomorrow. For the All About the Author, after hobbies, include a paragraph on favorite memories of Hokulani.
II. Math
a. Mrs. D.C.: make corrections to textbook page 577 #5-22 (all) and complete textbook page 582 Sets A, B, D, and E. Show all work.
b. Mrs. K: textbook page 570 #25-31 (all) and soccer worksheet due Monday. Show work on folder paper.
III. Other
a. Test folder: get Reading Test Chapters 5-8 and Japanese test signed. Return folder tomorrow.
b. Japanese: Quiz #30 study greeting chart meaning only (for all 15 words).

Hi Brendan!
For your All About the Author, you should have: first paragraph is the lead, second paragraph is about your family, third paragraph is on hobbies. For the fourth paragraph, write about your favorite memories of Hokulani. The next paragraph will be on where you will be 10 years from now. The last paragraph is the conclusion. For the Tuesday story, read over my comments. Make revisions to your story and type it.
