Chile Earthquake and Tsunami Warning

Dear Students,
What an eventful Saturday morning! I hope you learned about the cause and effects of the Chile's 8.8-magnitude earthquake and the Tsunami warning we had today. On Monday for reading, you will be learning how the earthquake generated waves that affected different areas. You will also learn how the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center was able to make predictions on when waves would reach Hawaii.
