Dear Students,
Please have a parent complete the Federal Survey card with an ink pen or typing it. This is due tomorrow. Also, please return the parent-teacher conference form (purple) and picture taking order form and money.
I. Language Arts
a. Reading record: read biography book for 30 minutes and record pages read.
b. Wordly Wise: Complete #5A & 5B. Write and describe words #1-7.
c. The Kid Who Became President: read Chapters 5 & 6 and complete reading questions. Due tomorrow.
d. Kid Biz: read a news article and complete 5 steps. Write down scores in your reading folder.
II. Math
a. Mrs. Kaneshiro: textbook page 155 #10-25.
b. Mrs. D.C.: write out the assigned IHOP problem and solution on folder paper. Complete decimal worksheet problems #1-12. Show all work.
III. Social Studies
a. Explorer's Power point: finish typing all information. Print out slide show (4 slides per page). Tomorrow, you will be saving it on Mrs. Dela Cruz's thumb drive.
IV. Other
a. Pink Slips: please get notice signed and complete work.
b. Federal Survey Card: have parents complete card and return it to school tomorrow.
c. Picture Taking and Parent-Teacher Conference forms: fill out and return to school.

You know for the kid who ran for president question sheet i wasn't able to get it because when you were almost done talking about what you have to do on the sheet i was using the bathroom so i did not know we had to grab a sheet.Will i get a pinkslip?and what do i do?

Yes, it will be an incomplete assignment. When you returned from the bathroom, all of the students were reading and working on the reading questions.
When you copied your homework down, you should have asked for the questions. I asked the class several times before the bell rang to make sure that everyone got the reading questions.

I'm the one who did not get a chance to grab the question sheet But the thing is that when i got out of the bathroom they gave me a card to go to jpo so i did not get a chance to grab the question sheet.
