Thank you for working hard on your Social Studies presentations today! For Mrs. Kaneshiro's math class, you can use the ESPN website to find out the latest basketball scores. http://espn.go.com/
Have a fantastic Spring recess. See you on Monday April 6th. These are your assignments during the break:
I. Language Arts
a. Reading Record: Read 30 minutes and record pages read. Have parents initial weekly pages read for 2 weeks.
b. Literature Sharing folder: complete pages 34-36. Read aloud fantasy book to parents and have them complete bottom of page 36. Folder due on Monday April 6th.
c. Kid Biz: read 2 news articles per week (total of 4) and complete 5 steps. Record results in your Kid Biz sheet.
II. Math
a. Mrs. Dela Cruz: make corrections to Surface Area and Volume exam. Get test signed.
b. Mrs. Kaneshiro: page 658 #5-10 all and March madness worksheet. For the worksheet, you show the results up to the Final 2 teams. The final game will be played on Monday April 6th at 3:00 p.m.
III. Social Studies
a. Events Leading to Revolutionary War comic strip due Monday April 6th.
IV. Science
a. Plant research due Tuesday April 7th.

For our math homework, there is a worksheet called "The Elimination!!", do we need to do the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth round? Many people didn't know about that.

If the math worksheet is related to March Madness, I think Mrs. Kaneshiro just wanted you to select your teams mathematically and to explain why. She also wanted you to find out the results of the basketball games. You can either look in the newspaper or watch ESPN for the latest results.

I am not able to log on to kidbiz. It says that either my username or password is incorrect but I am putting it in right. The events that you need to include in your comic strip are: French and Indian War, Stamp Act, Townshend Acts, Boston Massacre, Tea Tax/Boston Tea Party, and Intolerable Acts. Make sure you put the events in the order that it occurred.

I don't think you have to finish the entire worksheet. I do know that there will be basketball games going on today and this weekend.
Did Mrs. Kaneshiro say that you had to monitor all of the game results? If so, you can either look at the Sports section of the newspaper or check ESPN on television for the latest basketball results.

its a late time to tell but on the first day of spring break i went camping i brought a book but i had no time to read the day i came back read kind of alot almost 1 hour and a half so can i divide those read pages on my reading record?

Thank you for your email. Yes, you can glue the information and pictures on the back of the poster. Just make sure the events are in the correct order.
