Remember to keep the person who is assigned to you for secret santa a S-E-C-R-E-T! 17-days before the start of Winter recess! :) These are your assignments for today:
I. Language Arts
a. Read 30 minutes daily and record pages read. You should be reading a myth or legend book.
b. Reading: "Help Yourself" handout. Read story and complete questions with quality.
c. Kid Biz: read today's news article and complete 5 steps. Record results on Kid Biz paper.
d. Wordly Wise 12A & B. Write and describe for words 1-7.
II. Math
a. Mrs. Dela Cruz: math worksheet -- on folder paper solve problems #9-18. Show all work. Make corrections to last night math's homework if you received an N or lower grade.
b. Mrs. Kaneshiro: page 58 Sets A & D (evens).
III. Social Studies
a. Study Guide: finish writing third middle paragraph and conclusion. Use criteria sheet as a guide.
b. Slavery and Triangular Trade (short answer) exam on Monday December 8th.
Slavery and Triangular Trade (essay question) exam on Wednesday December 10th.
IV. Other
a. DARE: typed second draft due this Friday.
b. Pen pal: please finish writing your letter to your pen pal. Letters are due tomorrow on folder paper.
c. Bring in wrapping paper and 1 gift label to wrap your desk tops.
